Beansprout Wrap

Recipe_BeansproutWrap INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 small carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 large stalk celery, sliced
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 oz. JONATHAN’S Beansprouts
  • 2 oz. JONATHAN’S Pea Shoots cut in half
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 large whole wheat wraps

Heat oil in a fry pan or wok on high, add onion and stir fry one (1) minute. Add carrot and celery and stir fry two (2) minutes. Add mushrooms and stir fry for 1.5 minutes. Add Beansprouts and Pea Shoots and stir fry another 1.5 minutes. Add cheese. Turn off heat. Cover pan until cheese is melted. Divide mixture in half and place on the bottom end of each wrap. Roll and cut each wrap in half, then serve.
